I bought the house in September 1996. It is a duplex with a three-bedroom house and a separate one-bedroom apartment. It's just a short hop from Como Park and Zoo and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I'm a lucky guy.
Update: They redid the street two years ago and got rid of that terrible light pole on the boulevard. I'll have to take a newer picture.
